Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1½ cups almond flour
1 large egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic Butter
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Topping
1 cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Extra Italian seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
3. Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
4. Press into a parchment-lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.
6. Brush with garlic butter, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
7. Bake another 8–10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
8. Slice into fingers and serve with warm sugar-free marinara.
