Retro 1950s Diner Buckeye Dip

 

Ingredients

1 cup creamy  peanut butter

Dairy & Eggs

8 oz  cream cheese, softened

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1/4 cup  cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Graham crackers or pretzels for serving

 

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy  peanut butter, softened  cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar,  cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving some for garnishing.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
  5. Chill the Buckeye Dip in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve the dip with graham crackers or pretzels for dipping and enjoy!
